What They Need
Proven Leadership: You bring 3 to 5 years of nursing leadership or supervisory experience within an acute care setting.
Educational Foundation: A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required; a Master’s degree (MSN) is highly preferred to align with our clinical standards.
Clinical Mastery: Current RN licensure in the State of Texas with active BLS and ACLS certifications.
Operational Savvy: Expertise in staffing optimization, budget management, and a deep understanding of CMS and Joint Commission regulatory standards.
