What They Need
Active RN License and a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN required, or active enrollment in an accredited BSN program with a set completion date; MSN preferred)
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on CVICU clinical experience (ECMO, LVAD, Impella, Open Heart experience strongly preferred)
At least 2 years of formal nursing management/leadership experience (e.g., Nurse Manager, Supervisor, or formal Charge Nurse role)
Proficiency to step in at the bedside when high-acuity staffing coverage requires direct clinical support
Strong operational leadership skills across budgeting, retention, quality oversight, and interdisciplinary physician relations
BLS certification upon hire
