Are you an experienced ICU RN ready to elevate your career? We're looking for a dedicated
Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care Unit (CSICU) RN to provide top-tier care in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. If you’re passionate about cardiac care, thrive under pressure, and want to be part of an exceptional team, this opportunity is for you!
As an RN in the CSICU, you will provide high-focus care for critically ill patients, making autonomous clinical decisions and managing complex treatment plans. Your role will be vital in advocating for patients and their families, ensuring clear communication about treatments and medications, and collaborating with a team that strives for excellence.
Key Qualifications:
--Required:1+ years of ICU or PCU experience
--Required:BLS, ACLS (within 6 months of hire)
--Preferred:BSN, CCRN (must be obtained within 2 years)
--Required:NIHSS Stroke Certification (within 30 days of hire)
Additional Perks:
--Up to$25,000 sign-on bonus(for nights)
--Shift differential for nights and weekends
--Relocation assistance (case-by-case basis)
