We are looking for an experienced Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to lead a dedicated team in our Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in Nashville. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on patient care and nursing excellence while enjoying a competitive sign-on bonus of $20K!

What We Need:
--Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License
--Previous experience in a leadership or coordinator role (preferred)
--Strong knowledge of Progressive Care Unit (PCU) care protocols
--Excellent communication and mentoring skills
--Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
--Team player, eager to collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals
--Commitment to continuous improvement in patient care
