What they need
An experienced ICU Registered Nurse with at least one year of recent acute care ICU, ER, or CVICU experience, or two years of PCU/IMCU experience. An active Florida RN license or multistate compact license is required, with BLS certification and the ability to obtain ACLS within the required timeframe. Preferred qualifications include BSN and CCRN. This role supports a mixed medical-surgical ICU patient population including ventilated patients, vasoactive drips, cardiac, pulmonary, metabolic, and low-acuity trauma cases. Typical ratios are 1:2–3 with a night shift focus, and shadow shifts are provided to ensure confidence and fit.
