As an ICU RN, you will take on an autonomous, hands-on role, responsible for making clinical assessments, managing patient treatment, and advocating for patients as part of an interdisciplinary team. You will monitor critical vital signs, intervene in life-threatening situations, and educate patients and their families about procedures, medications, and treatments. The hospital offers 16 ICU beds, a 1:1 or 1:2 nurse-patient ratio, and rotating weekend shifts for a flexible and rewarding schedule.

Required Certifications:

--Current Florida RN license (or compact license with 60 days to obtain Florida license)

--BCLS within 30 days

--ACLS within 6 months

--PALS within 6 months

--NIH Stroke Scale within 30 days
