WHAT THEY NEED
Clinical Expertise: At least one year of recent ICU experience within an acute care hospital setting.
Licensure: An active Florida RN license or a multi-state Compact license (with the ability to obtain a FL license within 60 days of relocation).
Academic Foundation: An Associate’s Degree in Nursing or a Registered Nurse Diploma.
Critical Certifications: BLS-AHA (within 30 days), NIH Stroke Scale (within 30 days), and ACLS/PALS (within 6 months).
The Right Mindset: A dedicated advocate for patients and families who manages complex treatments with precision and compassion.
