What We Need:
3+ years of recent acute care leadership experience in ICU settings
Strong communication and proactive problem-solving skills
Current RN license and applicable certifications (BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale, PALS/Emergency Pediatric) within required timeframes
Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of 48 FTEs across 31 beds
Availability for 7am–4pm shifts with the ability to respond to calls 24/7
