They are seeking a confident, forward-thinking nurse leader with recent acute care leadership experience—preferably in ICU—who thrives in complex environments. A bachelor’s degree in nursing is required, with an advanced degree preferred. Candidates must hold an active RN license (or compact), along with current BLS and ACLS. Specialty certifications such as CCRN or CNRN are preferred. This role oversees a 16-bed Medical ICU, guiding approximately 45 FTEs on a dayshift leadership schedule. The ideal candidate is experienced in patient experience tactics, quality outcomes, regulatory readiness, and team-centered leadership.
