What They Need
This role calls for a Florida or compact state RN license (with Florida licensure required within 60 days of relocation). At least 1 year of recent acute care RN experience is essential, preferably with higher acuity than Med/Surg, though strong Med/Surg candidates are encouraged to apply. Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire, and Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days. Night shifts with rotating weekends keep every day challenging and rewarding, as you provide top-level care to complex neuro-trauma and stroke patients.
