What they need:
Bring at least one year of acute care RN experience (preferably higher acuity than Med/Surg, though strong Med/Surg candidates are welcome). A Florida or compact RN license is required (compact holders have 60 days to obtain Florida licensure after relocation). Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications are needed within 30 days of hire, with Trauma Nursing Core Course or CCRN certification within one year. Critical care skills, a collaborative spirit, and a strong commitment to exceptional patient outcomes are essential.
