What they need:
This MICU RN role calls for at least one year of recent acute care RN experience, ideally with higher acuity than Med/Surg, though strong Med/Surg candidates will be considered. A Florida or compact RN license is required (with 60 days to convert if relocating), along with Basic Life Support within 30 days and Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days of hire. An associate degree in nursing is needed. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced critical care environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized, evidence-based care and guiding patients and families through complex treatment plans.
