They’re seeking a confident, motivated leader with at least four years of recent CVICU or ICU leadership experience. A bachelor’s degree in nursing is required, with advanced degrees and specialty certifications strongly preferred. You’ll oversee approximately 40 team members as part of a two-manager leadership model supporting an expanded 28-bed critical care unit and ECMO staff. Mixed hours require operational flexibility during times when the unit needs on-site leadership. A Texas or compact RN license along with current BLS and ACLS are essential.
