What they need
The ideal candidate brings at least two years of recent leadership experience in a Progressive Care or similar acute care environment, along with a BSN (MSN preferred). An active RN license in Texas or a compact state is required, as well as BLS and ACLS certifications. This role calls for a leader who excels in quality outcomes, patient experience, staff development, interdisciplinary collaboration, and fiscal accountability. Experience managing budgets, driving performance improvement, mentoring leaders, and sustaining regulatory compliance is essential.
