What they need
They are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse leader with at least one year of recent acute care ICU leadership experience (ICU, MICU, SICU, or CVICU). An active RN license is required, along with BLS (within 30 days), ACLS (within 6 months), and TNCC (within 6 months of start). This role oversees a high-census Neuro Trauma ICU and a Central Telemetry Unit, managing approximately 55 FTEs. Strong skills in staffing, throughput, quality outcomes, interdisciplinary collaboration, and staff development are essential.
