What They Need
Clinical Authority: An Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with an active RN license.
Critical Care Depth: At least 5 years of acute care experience in the ICU/Critical Care setting.
Proven Leadership: A minimum of 3 years in a formal leadership role (Charge Nurse, Coordinator, or Supervisor) with a track record of handling "tough conversations" and driving quality metrics.
Certifications: Ability to obtain BCLS and ACLS within 30 days, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days of start.
Operational Excellence: A 24-hour accountability mindset to oversee personnel development, physician collaboration, and adherence to ANA standards.
