What They Need
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Maryland or compact state eligibility
Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) required; Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) highly preferred
Minimum of 7 years of progressive nursing leadership experience with demonstrated success in complex critical care service lines
Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Proven track record in professional governance, physician alignment, budget management, and achieving zero-harm quality initiatives
