What They Need
We are seeking a high-performing Registered Nurse who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced cardiovascular intensive care environment. You will serve as a dedicated advocate for patients and families while managing complex clinical cases.
EXPERIENCE: At least one year of recent (within 2–3 years) Acute Care ICU experience. We will also consider candidates with 2+ years of high-acuity PCU experience.
LICENSURE: Current Florida RN license or a Multistate Compact license (with the ability to obtain a FL license within 60 days of relocation).
EDUCATION: Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN is highly preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS: Current BLS and ACLS (or willingness to obtain within 30 and 90 days of hire, respectively).
SKILLSET: Proficiency in managing ventilators, complex drips, and providing high-focus care for critically ill cardiovascular patients.
