Are you a proven ICU leader ready to make your mark in a top-performing critical care unit? We’re looking for a dynamic Nurse Manager to oversee a 16-bed Medical ICU in a closed model unit

—meaning all patients are managed by specialized intensivists for consistent, high-acuity care. This is a full-time, days-only leadership role (no weekends!) where your clinical and operational expertise will shape the patient experience and support an engaged nursing team.

You’ll take charge of staffing strategy, scheduling, hiring, payroll, and participate in key hospital committees—while rounding daily with the Director to ensure a high-touch leadership presence.

Role Highlights:

--Schedule: Full-Time, Days (No Weekends)

--Unit Type: Medical/Mixed ICU | Closed Model | 16 beds

--Leadership Scope: Staff supervision, hiring, disciplinary action, scheduling, rounding

--Engagement: Committee work, performance improvement, quality tracking

--Certifications

--Required: RN License (TX or compact)

--BLS and ACLS

--BSN Required

--Preferred Experience: 2+ years in ICU leadership within an acute care hospital
