What They Need
Experience: At least one year of recent ICU experience in an acute care setting.
Licensure: An active Florida RN license or a multi-state compact license (with the ability to obtain a FL license within 60 days of relocation).
Education: Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN is preferred.
Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS (AHA). PALS and NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within the first few months of employment.
Skillset: Proven ability to manage critical vital signs, execute autonomous clinical assessments, and advocate fiercely for patient safety.
