Stop Searching. Get Alerted When the Job Opens

You should not be the one scrolling job boards. We send critical care openings to you the moment they come open, which means you hear about them early and your odds of being chosen go up. From Directors of Critical Care Services to Nurse Managers, Charge Nurses, and staff MICU, SICU, and CVICU RNs, the right role lands in your inbox. If it interests you, you act. If not, you ignore it. The decision to move on happens one of two ways: you decide it is time, or the decision gets made for you. Either way, you want to already know what is out there.

    Why Partner With Us

The decision to move on happens one of two ways. You decide it is time for a change, or the decision gets made for you. Either way, you want to already know what is out there. Here is how we keep you ahead of it.

    Absolute Confidentiality

Your resume is never presented to any facility without your explicit permission. We never share your resume, contact information, or career intentions with any facility until you tell us to. Your current employer will never know you are exploring options. Every conversation stays private, and you stay in control of where your information goes.

Alerted the Moment a Role Opens

The earlier you know about an opening, the better your chances of being the candidate they choose. We send you MICU, SICU, CVICU, and nurse leader openings the moment they come open at established facilities. You are not searching. You are getting alerted. Act on the ones that fit. Ignore the rest.

    Career Trajectory Focus

We do not just match you to a job. We align your experience, compensation goals, and career trajectory with opportunities that fit your background. See where you stand with our 2026 Critical Care Salary Guide and walk through the full process in our job search guide.

    Do I need CCRN certification?

The short answer is no, not to be considered. Employers make hiring decisions on experience and a clean, active RN license, and so do we. Specialty credentials like CCRN, CNRN, CSC, or CMC are a welcome bonus and can strengthen your profile, but they are not what gets you in the door. Strong critical care experience is.

    Roles We Represent

From executive suite to front-line ICU nursing, we place critical care professionals across the full spectrum of intensive care operations. Explore our critical care unit guides to see where your skills fit, or read the career roadmap for advancing into leadership.
