The Opportunity
Leading an ICU is one of the most consequential roles in clinical nursing, and this full-time Nurse Manager position in West Palm Beach, Florida is an opportunity to do exactly that at a meaningful level. You will coordinate clinical activities across the unit, collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams, and provide direct and indirect oversight of ancillary staff, all on a consistent day shift schedule. For an experienced RN who is ready to step into genuine leadership, this role offers real authority, clinical challenge, and a clear track forward.
This is a permanent, full-time placement with a comprehensive benefits package. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates making the move to South Florida. The day shift schedule delivers consistency and work-life balance that many clinical leadership roles simply do not offer. Compensation is competitive based on experience.
Candidates must hold an active Registered Nurse license and at minimum an Associate's Degree in Nursing. BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and PALS (AHA) certifications are required. The right candidate brings two to five years of RN experience and has demonstrated the ability to lead or supervise within a critical care environment. Comfort assuming house supervision duties as assigned is a plus.

The Package
Why West Palm Beach?
West Palm Beach sits at the heart of Palm Beach County on Florida's southeastern Atlantic coast, and it genuinely delivers on what most people picture when they imagine South Florida living. The city offers warm weather year-round, easy beach access, and a downtown that has evolved into a legitimate cultural destination, with a thriving arts scene, world-class dining, waterfront parks, and a packed events calendar. Families are drawn here for the quality of life, the mild winters, and a strong network of public and private schools. Outdoor recreation is woven into daily life: boating, kayaking, cycling, and golf are accessible in ways that few other metros can match.
Florida's lack of a state income tax makes West Palm Beach a particularly compelling destination for professionals relocating from higher-tax states. The city sits within comfortable distance of both Miami and Fort Lauderdale, giving residents access to two major international airports and a broader metropolitan economy without surrendering the comparatively relaxed pace that West Palm Beach maintains on its own. The real estate market spans the full spectrum, from waterfront properties to established family neighborhoods, and the region continues to attract new residents and businesses at a steady clip. For anyone weighing a move, West Palm Beach is less of a compromise and more of an upgrade.
